Other companies deliberately require a fully on-premises or dedicated environment. Both can be correct if the operation, the protection needs and the responsibilities fit. <\/p>\n<h2> What hybrid means in practice <\/h2>\n<p> Hybrid combines clearly defined building blocks. For example, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace can represent collaboration, while a Proxmox environment runs internal applications and data locally. Nextcloud or comparable platforms can be used there be used where own data storage and controlled file exchange are important. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Identities, permissions and devices are planned consistently. <\/li>\n<li> Data paths, backup and recovery are considered across platform boundaries. <\/li>\n<li> Costs and dependencies of external services remain traceable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> No architecture according to product catalog <\/h2>\n<p> Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 are powerful tools. Google Workspace, open source solutions, own servers and dedicated systems as well. A viable decision depends on the company and not on which license is in the foreground at the time. <\/p>\n<p> At DAXS, the inventory is therefore first recorded: applications, data, locations, users, interfaces and the desired operating framework. This creates understandable options, from a full cloud environment to a controlled on-premises or hybrid model. <\/p>\n<h2> The next sensible step <\/h2>\n<p> A good target architecture does not have to be created overnight.
